Sharky is affectionate and full of love. He can be demanding of attention but easily distracted with a task or puzzle toy. He is an intelligent dog who picks up commands easily and is happiest just hanging out with his human.
Sharky loves women – while he will warm up to men and has a few male friends now it does take a while – he’s a ladies' man. He also loves company, but isn’t fond of crowds or loud noises – so would love to live with someone who likes to be at home and spend time in the garden playing with him. Sharky is a high energy greyhound. He must have a backyard for his zoomies
We admire Shary’s bravery – from a timid scared dog too frightened to leave the home, he is now walking around the city with confidence.
He is a little afraid of children’s voices and screaming etc so would like a home without children.
Sharky has learned to walk beautifully on a leash, and how to interact with all types of dogs on and off-leash in a polite manner. He knows "leave it".
Sharky is a striking-looking lad with his sculptured head and undershot jaw. We think he is beautiful. He is a large shiny black boy who will get lots of attention when on his walks.

Sharky will reward you for all your love and care by giving you plenty of his legendary cuddles. We love him.
Sharky is small dog friendly but as he is very playful he is only suited to live with a medium or large dog.
