Biilie’s foster carer describes her as the perfect blend of adventurous walking buddy, and big cat vibes! This confident queen loves her exercise and is happiest with a nice hour long stroll twice a day (she can definitely do more, if it is on offer), she lives for her time exploring outdoors and even makes a good jogging partner for short stretches. Once she’s had her fill though, she’ll show you her best snoozy couch potato side, and doesn’t even mind if you head off to work for the day. A big walk, a little breakfast, and she’s off to bed for the next eight hours or so. She loves a spot by the window so she can watch the world go by as she nods off.

While Billie is generally a very easy going girl, happy not to intrude if you are working from home, and never demanding of your attention if you are busy - she is unwilling to compromise on her walkies routine. If you’re running a little behind, or have lost track of time, never fear! Billie will go fetch her lead and bring it to you as a polite reminder. If this doesn’t prompt you then be prepared to receive a shoe a few minutes later, followed by a second shoe a few minutes after that, until she feels you have everything you need to start getting ready!

When out and about Billie is social, confident, and super sweet. She enjoys meeting new friends, canine and human alike, and her small stature and sleek coat draws admirers. She is not bothered by loud noises or busy areas, and navigates new areas with enthusiasm. She would make an excellent copilot for adventures of all kinds from hikes to running errands around town (and don’t worry, she may be small but she doesn’t need a hand in and out of the car, she’s an independent girl who can manage that by herself).

Stepping into her new role as a well loved pet, Billie has blown her foster carers away with how much she has taken in stride. She’s a superstar on the stairs, gentle and tolerant of all kinds of handling, never shown a hint of destructive behaviours or issues with being unsupervised, is learning lots of cues, and is a cool cucumber when left on her own. This adaptable little lady will make a wonderful addition to any home, so long as they love walks just as much as she does!
