Sunny is a very friendly engaging boy. He is bright and happy, always ready for some cuddles and a pat from from his foster carers. He also loves to show the love to visitors in his home. Welcome ! lets not waste any time, I need pats now !
Sunny charms everyone he meets with his movie star looks ( his foster Mum thinks he is the Chris Hemsworth of greyhounds) He is a rich fawn with coffee coloured details and engaging eyes.
Sunny would be happy to cuddle all day, often giving you a nudge with a paw or his snout from his bed beside the couch. When he knows you are busy though he can happily chill out on his bed in a different area. He sleeps on his own bed in the living room overnight with out any stress.
Sunny has learnt to walk well on lead and his walks have been getting longer now his foot has healed. He has a recent minor procedure to remove corns from his foot. He can get slightly apprehensive if there is lots of noise and traffi but he is becoming a brave boy.
On his walks Sunny is excited to meet other dogs and friendly but still adjusting to seeing all the strange ones that don’t look or behave like him. He has been an absolute gentleman with a female grey visiting at his home. He doted on her, enjoying being the host. We feel Sunny wound be happy to share a home with a suitable dog, especially if his humans cant be around most of the time.
In the home, Sunny excels. He knows some basic commands and usually stays on one of his beds rather than couches or human beds. He is toilet trained and appreciated his routine. He does LOVE his food so make sure the cheese platter is well supervised.
Sunny does love his zoomies, they are mostly inside where he can put on a show to amuse his humans. He is starting zoomies in the yard too but found the grass a bit strange. Yards are places to pee.
Sunny also makes the most of all his toys. He loves squeaky toys and others to toss about.
Sunny is a very social and active boy that would by a great addition to a home that can provide him with the love and stimulation. Most importantly they will need to schedule lots of cuddle time.
Suitable for workign homes if not left alone for more than four hours on a regular basis
Would be happy as an only dog or share his home with a suitable canine companion.

Not suitable to live with cats or other small animals (including little dogs)
