Gumtree Greys has recognised the need for a simple and stylish Leather House Collar. A beautiful, no fuss, sturdy & stylish, slim leather collar that is comfy enough for your hound to wear for all day lounging while offering a secure solution to attach their ID tags.
Our INDIVIDUALLY HAND CRAFTED Leather House Collars are lovingly handmade from Premium Grade Italian leather. We also have a selection of the finest Australian & top grade Bridle leather.
All leather is Vegetable Tanned, Bovine (cow) leather & each collar is cut, made & finished entirely by hand. The vegetable tanning process enhances the unique natural characteristics of the cowhide leather.
The leather carries a natural look which ages beautifully in both look and feel. Every collar is unique and may have minor differences. Being a natural material the leather may show slight colour variations or occasional blemishes - this all adds to the natural charm of the collar!
These collars are a simple, durable and comfortable option for all dog breeds.
House Collars are meant to slip easily over your dog's head. They are loose fitting and should sit at the lower third of the neck, like a necklace. ID tags are attached to the solid welded o’ring.
PLEASE CHECK & MEASURE to ensure correct sizing. Measure loosely around the lower third of the dog’s neck for your size. Then confirm this size slips over the widest point of the head, usually over the ears and under the jaw. Measurement guide in photos.

Please note these collars are for ID tags only. DO NOT fasten a lead to these collars or use as a walking collar. We have an extensive range of martingale collars suitable for walking.

CARE GUIDE
• Apply a little leather wax or Dubbin occasionally to help preserve and protect the leather.
• Allow to dry naturally should the leather become wet.
• DO NOT saturate in water as this may cause the leather to lose its supple quality or for the dye to bleed. If the collar becomes wet allow to dry naturally and apply leather dressing or wax before reusing.
*** Please note, these collars are stained with natural vegetable dyes. Certain dye colours may transfer or bleed, particularly if collar becomes damp or wet. This may be an issue on very light coloured dogs.***
